1. I do not have a password

You can either contact us at 1-800-465-5587 Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. PST or by e-mail at to obtain your password.

2. I have been timed out of the system!

To ensure your privacy, the system will automatically time you out after 60 minutes of inactivity, or when you close the browser window.  Any order you have in progress will be lost.

If you have to leave the computer for an extended period of time, we recommend that you submit your current order first. You can then login again and reference this order number for your subsequent order (in the "Other Instructions" box) and tell us you would like the two orders consolidated

3. My password is no longer working

We occasionally change passwords for security reasons. Please contact us at 1-800-465-5587 Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. PST or by e-mail at to obtain your new password.

4. I have added items.  How do I see my order?

Click VIEW ORDER on any screen.

5. I know what items I want. Is there a faster way to input my order?

If you know the product code/SKU, you can bypass the browsing interface by entering the product code/SKU in the searchbox (and click Find) at the bottom of every page. Note that prepacks can only be accessed through the normal browsing interface.

6. How do I change order quantities?

Double click on the old quantity. Enter the new quantitity. Click UPDATE ORDER.

7. How do I delete items from my order?

Double click on the old quantity.  Enter zero (i.e. number '0' and not the letter 'O'). Click UPDATE ORDER.

8. I have some concerns regarding security and privacy

Please be assured that we will not release any of your information to third parties. All information sent on this site will be used only for the purposes of order fulfillment and correspondence.

9. I filled in the REQUIRED INFORMATION fields and clicked CONTINUE but it tells me I have not filled everything in.  What do I do next?

You must fill in each field including entering an e-mail address.  If you do not have an e-mail address, enter the following:  Now click CONTINUE.

10. Where do I put my credit card number or payment information?

You can either call in your credit card information or you can enter it under "Other Instructions" in the Optional Information section.

11. I have submitted an order. What happens next?

You will receive an e-mail copy of your order within 15 minutes.  It is a good idea to print a copy for your records.

If you are an existing customer, we will ship your order as soon as possible. If you are a new customer, a sales representative will contact you within 1 business day for your payment details.
